Within the scope of Law No. 5746, we continue to cooperate with the universities as "R&D Center" and "Design Center" approved by the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Turkey.

EHS Policy

YM IDIS considers the protection and reinforcement of environment, health and safety (EHS) a fundamental value and responsibility.

Our EHS commitments;

It is a management duty to visibly demonstrate EHS leadership throughout all our business processes. Management takes EHS responsibility and lead by example.

YM IDIS makes following commitments and requires all employees, partners and suppliers to act accordingly:

To take actions to ensure employee health and wellness and to prevent all occupational accidents and illnesses

To engage all organization to reinforce EHS culture for both employees, partners, contractors and suppliers,

To take the necessary steps to establish an appropriate consultation and communication system for employees, employee representatives and all relevant parties and ensure their participation in the system,

To provide a safe and healthy working environment for all relevant parties including employees, subcontractors and communities in which it operates.

Quality Management System Scope

YM İDİS, as one of Yapı Merkezi Holding companies, operates in the public transportation, railway and road transportation sectors, as well as signaling for public and private sector customers in Turkey and abroad. , telecommunications, control, electromechanical and similar systems integration design and project applications.

It also develops signaling, telecommunications, control, electromechanical and similar systems and products for the aforementioned industry projects. The company also engages in technological partnerships in these fields of activity and carries out representation activities. 

The company continues its activities at the R&D and Product Development Center and Project Implementation Center located at Kısıklı Mahallesi Yıldıran Sokak & Uuml;

Field applications of projects made by YM İdis independently of YM İnşaat are within the scope of KYS.

Out of scope subject and standard articles:
Field applications of projects for which integration design and implementation are carried out under the status of subcontractor of 1. YM İnşaat are out of the scope of Quality Management System at this stage. Requirement: These activities are covered by Yapı Merkezi İnşaat, which is the main employer.

OHS-&Cedil; The scope of the Management System has been determined as general office, workshop testing and prototype production activities.
